1. About Chuleta

Chuleta Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”) provides a GCSE Spanish speaking practice tool at chuleta.co.uk. By purchasing access or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to purchase access. By completing checkout you confirm this. The service is intended for GCSE Spanish students, their parents, and teachers.

3. The Exam Season Pass

The Exam Season Pass is a one-off payment that grants full access to all features until 30 June 2026.
There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no cancellation needed.
The current price is £7.99 per exam season.
Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@chuleta.co.uk with your order details. Refunds requested after 7 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share, resell, or redistribute access to the service.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy content from the platform.
Use the service for any purpose other than personal GCSE Spanish practice.
Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or unlawful.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Chuleta — including questions, roleplay scripts, photo card descriptions, audio recordings, and feedback — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

AI-generated feedback is produced for personal educational use only. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified teacher.

7. Exam Board Disclaimer

Chuleta is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with AQA, Edexcel, OCR, WJEC, or any other exam board. Exam board names are referenced solely for descriptive purposes to help students select appropriate content.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

Chuleta is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that use of the service will result in any particular exam grade or outcome. AI feedback is generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate — always cross-check with your teacher.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
